Free Election Fund is a 501(c)(3) project of Hopewell Fund. Fair Election Fund is a 501(c)(4) project of North Fund. Together they support pro-democracy, voting rights and election litigation that protects the rights of all citizens to participate fully in our democratic process and safeguards our free and fair elections. 

Since their creation under prior names, the Funds have supported dozens of pro-democracy, voting rights, and election cases that have protected the rights of hundreds of thousands of citizens to participate fully in our democratic process and safeguarded our free and fair elections. 

The Funds focus particularly on protecting the voting rights of minority voters, first-time voters, and young voters as well as ensuring that all lawful votes are properly tabulated and elections accurately certified.
